Total Quality Management

The company’s main policy is to supply products and render services of the best quality. To achieve these objectives it has undertaken a Total Quality Management Program.

Aim
To achieve and maintain a level of Zero Defects in our services.

Method
The stages involved in TQM are to lay down a Standard Specification Plan, Implement and audit the system of each stage, such as procure, inspect, repair, rewind, overhaul, install, test and maintain.

Quality Assurance Plan
The first step in evolving a QA plan is to study the clients’ standards and specifications, and related, National and International Standards Specifications. Lay down specific stages, i.e. frequency, method, equipment, test agency and acceptable standards. These are to be implemented at every stage of procurement, inspection, repairing, rewinding, overhauling, installation, testing, and maintenance.

Formats will be evolved to document the actually achieved parameters as against acceptable standards. Unless testing methods and equipments are specified in National International Standards, such procedures will be evolved in consultation with the client and documenter.

Quality Control Program
After discussing the company QA plan with the client, the frequency, of inspection, testing, witnessing, of test by clients Representative / Surveyor, inspection request formats, documentation format, acceptance format, agencies, to carry out various functions etc, will be finalized.

After the QC program has been finalized the frequency of audit and agency of audit will be laid down. At the end of each project a QA/QC document will be produced to include all the relative individual documentation.


Delegation of Responsibility
Manager QA/QC will have the access to report directly to the Managing Director. QA/QC Manager will lay down responsibilities to his subordinates in each specific case.
