Safety Policy

As the company’s activities are mainly related the Process, Marine, Power, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries, Safety and Healthcare, of the company’s personnel, the site of plant, the personnel operating the plant, the community around the plant premises, are of utmost importance to us. To achieve the maximum safety and healthcare, the clients Safety Regulations, National and International Standards of Safety Regulations and Emergency procedures will strictly followed. To achieve the objectives the following general procedures will be adhered to.

*	Create an awareness of Safety and Healthcare among all the Company’s Personnel.
*	Before operations are started the clients Safety Regulations, National and International Safety Regulations would be studied. Location of Safety Appliances, Emergency procedures will be familiarized.
*	Company personnel will also participate in regular routine safety drills of the client.
*	Special internal safety procedures will be evolved and all the Company’s, personnel will be given full awareness to follow the same.
*	Site Managers will ensure the use of safety appliances and safety measures by the Company’s workers.
*	In all cases of Safety, direct communication between any level of work force and the management will be an advantage.
*	System is established to monitor and spot check whether the personnel are following the determined safety and healthcare procedures.

The safety and health care system to be effective shall have the participation and full co-operation from personnel at all levels.
